We would like to draw your attention to several important rules that have a direct impact on the quality and outcome of the procedure. Please follow them carefully.

24 hours before the procedure:

• Do not consume coffee, alcohol, or energy drinks.

• Do not take blood-thinning medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or vitamin C.

• Avoid eating very salty or heavily spiced foods.

5–7 days before the procedure:

• Start hydrating your lips intensively – ideally with regular petroleum jelly. Before the procedure, your lips should be soft, without cracks or blemishes, and well moisturized.

• If you have had dermal fillers, ensure that your last application was at least 3 weeks prior to the procedure.

• Avoid visiting tanning salons.
